We are seeking a senior hands-on developer and architect for a Vice President role within Corporate Workplace Technology. The successful candidate will operate as a technical leader with end-to-end ownership of critical applications and platform capabilities, driving architecture, delivery quality, production stability, modernization, and operational maturity. This role requires strong Java and full-stack engineering experience, deep architecture judgment, and the ability to influence global teams, business stakeholders, and senior technology partners. The candidate will be expected to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions, lead design decisions, raise engineering standards, and deliver robust, secure, well-tested systems that solve real business problems.
