TechJobsData is hiring a Java Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade backend services.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services in Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Build RESTful APIs integrating with internal and external systems.
- Optimize service performance and ensure scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Partner with QA, DevOps, and product teams on delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience building production Java applications.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Comfort with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and with containerization.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system design.
Preferred Technical Exposure
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions.
- A test-and-learn mindset, curiosity, and comfort working asynchronously across time zones.
Compensation
