Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of high-throughput, low-latency systems for Money Market trading, funding, and trade lifecycle management.
• Partner with Treasury business desks and product teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Ensure systems follow architecture blueprints, security standards, and cloud-native principles.
• Resolve complex issues across application flows, databases, messaging ingestion, and APIs.

Engineering Leadership

• Establish standards for clean coding, testing, debugging, and automated deployment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, allocate work, and conduct code reviews.
• Assess risk, drive compliance, and escalate control issues with transparency.
