Janitorial Site Manager

Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) (Hours of availability will vary, you would be managing and overseeing a site with 3 shifts)

We are looking for you to…

• Manage an assign site and perform scope of work for 3 shifts
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff
• Must have cleaning or housekeeping experience
• Oversee the daily workflow and schedule assignments of janitorial staff
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and cleaning inspections
• Fill in when needed and perform other related duties
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the security contract are being satisfied
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy
• Manufacturing Supervision Background preferred

Must haves:

• Janitorial management experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Excellent communication
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff
• Reliable transportation
