The Janitorial Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day janitorial operations for this account while ensuring exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities
will entail daily oversight of the 3rd shift with interfacing on the 1st and 2nd shift on occasion to interact with the associates.
This position will manage the daily workforce and adjust their schedule accordingly to accomplish these tasks.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients and leads on-site teams to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Shift: Primarily 3rd.
Compensation: $55,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
