Bilvantis Technologies is seeking a J2EE Senior Development Engineer to join as a Lead Programmer Analyst.

The role focuses on building robust, scalable backend services in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The position includes end-to-end ownership of components and mentoring junior team members.

Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of J2EE development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 and Java 17 or above is required.
Solid working knowledge of Spring 6 and Spring Boot is required.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful web services and microservices using Spring Boot is required.
Candidates should understand object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and efficient queries is required.
Familiarity with Maven or Gradle, Git, JUnit, and Mockito is required.
Practical daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code is required.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Docker is a plus.
Good oral and written communication, teamwork, proactivity, and adaptability are required.
