- Facilitate worldwide internal communications within the organisation
- Organise, market and host physical events and webinars with partner organisations
- Conduct market research to assess viability of potential future proposals and opportunities
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor or above)
- 3+ years relevant working experience
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
- Strong public speaker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Middle East and Africa
- Familiarity with valuation, accounting and finance (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of the IVSC’s strategy of outreach towards stakeholders in the Middle East and Africa.
- Attracting new members and sponsors to the IVSC by generating, contacting and following up on leads.
- Work closely with the global Director of Communications to manage and ensure effective and coordinated execution for all external communications activity, including through web, email, social media, advertising campaigns and events.
- Help to facilitate worldwide internal communications within the organisation, including staff, board members and other volunteers.
- Organising, marketing and hosting physical events and webinars with partner organisations.
- Conduct market research to assesses the viability of potential future proposals and opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- University degree (Bachelor or above) with 3+ years relevant working experience.
- An interest in working for the public good.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic language skills and a strong public speaker.
- Entrepreneurial skillset and willingness to take initiative to help grow and develop the IVSC across the Middle East and Africa region.
- Consultative and communication skills (written & oral) and ability to interface effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiencies in common business applications (Microsoft suite of products (essential); Wordpress; Adobe Creative Suite; Canva (highly sought after)).
- Able to work in multi cultural environment.
- Team player who can operate effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, mostly within Middle East and Africa.
- Familiarity with valuation, accounting and finance (preferred but not essential).
