Role Overview
We are looking for a highly professional Receptionist who can create an exceptional first impression and deliver a seamless patient experience.
This role is not just about front desk work.
You will be a key part of how patients perceive and trust our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients in a warm, professional, and confident manner
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient flow efficiently
- Handle WhatsApp, phone, and in-person inquiries
- Support patient consultations and guide them through treatments
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and premium clinic environment
- Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Well-presented, professional, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle patients with care, confidence, and discretion
- Experience in clinic, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and digital tools
- Sales mindset and ability to support revenue growth is a strong advantage
