IT Training Manager

Proven experience delivering Learning & Development, training or capability-building programmes within complex organisational or technology transformation environments.

Strong understanding of learning design, training delivery, learner engagement and training evaluation methodologies.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, schedules and stakeholders within large-scale programmes.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience managing external vendors and training providers, including performance and contract management.

Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, interpreting and reporting learning metrics and outcomes.

Understanding of Cloud technologies and platforms, particularly AWS and/or Google Cloud.

Experience supporting digital transformation, technology adoption or organisational change initiatives.

Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent.
