- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Assist in troubleshooting local area networks (LAN), Wi Fi connectivity, basic routing, switches, and IP telephones
- Set up user accounts, manage software updates, and ensure compliance with security patches
- Respond promptly to technical support requests, diagnose issues, and resolve system bottlenecks effectively
- Maintain inventory logs of all active hardware, licenses, and IT equipment
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support/Technician or in a similar hardware/networking capacity in a Gulf country
- Strong hands on knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications
- Good problem solving abilities and clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Overview

Salary & Benefits Package
- Basic Salary: SAR 2,500 per month
- Food Allowance: SAR 300 per month
- Total Monthly Package: SAR 2,800
- Other benefits (Accommodation, Transportation, Medical Insurance, and Air Tickets) will be provided as per Saudi Labor Law.
