Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Operating systems.
- Create, manage, and support user accounts, permissions, and access controls through AD and Microsoft 365.
- Deploy, upgrade, and maintain company hardware and software.
- Document incidents, service requests, and technical procedures in the IT ticketing system (Asana).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment provisioning and account setup.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, patch management, and user awareness.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technician role.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi Fi.
- Experience with Active Directory and user account administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Experience with DVR (Legacy), NVR, Coax and IP Camera systems.
- Music AMP and Speaker Troubleshooting skills.

- Experience running CAT Cable and Installation.
