Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and customer focused IT Technician to join our Information Technology team.
  • This role provides technical support, maintains IT systems, and troubleshoots hardware/software issues.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Operating systems.
  • Create, manage, and support user accounts, permissions, and access controls through AD and Microsoft 365.
  • Deploy, upgrade, and maintain company hardware and software.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and technical procedures in the IT ticketing system (Asana).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment provisioning and account setup.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, patch management, and user awareness.
  • Participate in after hours maintenance activities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technician role.
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi Fi.
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Experience with DVR (Legacy), NVR, Coax and IP Camera systems.
  • Music AMP and Speaker Troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, or Endpoint Manager.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience running CAT Cable and Installation.
