About the Role
Wind River Family and Community Health Care seeks an IT Technician to provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing the IT ticketing system, training users, and maintaining server rooms.

Responsibilities
- Respond to queries on the phone, email, chat, in person, or through remote access.
- Assist with IT ticketing system (closing, delegating, and following up on issues).
- Assist with paperwork for equipment requests and returns.
- Provide technical assistance on delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Train computer users and other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
- Run reports and analyze common complaints and problems.
- Perform required maintenance of Server Rooms.
- Perform basic end user troubleshooting of hardware and software in Windows environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows OS
- Experience with Gmail Business Suite Administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration
- Experience with Altigen Phone System
- Experience with Surveillance System
- Experience with RPMS and Vue Centric EHR software
- Ability to tone and run Ethernet cables
