About the Role
Engisoft Engineering is hiring a Junior IT Technician to serve as the first point of contact for IT support, set up and manage computer and network systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Set up, configure, and manage both software and hardware elements of computer and network systems
- Identify and resolve software and hardware problems through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures
- Restore functionality by repairing or substituting impaired computer and network components
- Safeguard the integrity of client and server computers through installation and upgrading of antivirus and firewall software
- Offer assistance to individuals facing difficulties with computers and network equipment
- Conduct thorough testing of new hardware and software prior to widespread implementation
- Consistently update and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco CCNA)
- 2 3 years of experience
- Immediate or max 15 days joining
- Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE
- Preferably Male Candidates with own visa
