About the Role
GCC PRO TECHNOLOGY LLC is looking for a proactive IT Technician to support IT infrastructure across retail operations. Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and retail technology systems.

Responsibilities
- Install, upgrade, and maintain computer systems, POS machines, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and payment terminals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for store staff and cashiers
- Set up and support store networks, Wi Fi, routers, switches, and internet connections
- Monitor CCTV systems and security devices
- Support inventory management systems and ERP software
- Back up store data and ensure data security
- Coordinate with vendors or head office IT teams for major issues
- Maintain printers, handheld scanners, and mobile devices
- Respond quickly during system downtime
- Document technical problems and maintenance activities
- Manage RMA process with proper documentation
- Train staff on basic system usage and troubleshooting

Job Overview
- GCC PRO TECHNOLOGY LLC seeks a proactive IT Technician to support IT infrastructure across retail operations.
- Full time position with salary AED 2,000 AED 3,500 per month.
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Installing, upgrading and maintaining computer systems (Laptop, All in One, Gaming PCs), POS machines, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and payment terminals.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for store staff and cashiers.
- Setting up and supporting store networks, Wi Fi, routers, switches, and internet connections.
- Monitoring CCTV systems and security devices.
- Supporting inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Backing up store data and ensuring data security.
- Coordinating with vendors or head office IT teams for major technical issues.
- Maintaining printers, handheld scanners, and mobile devices used in the store.
- Responding quickly during system downtime.
- Documenting technical problems and maintenance activities.
- Managing RMA process with proper documentation.
- Training staff on basic system usage and troubleshooting.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month.
