About the Role
Watad Group is seeking an IT Technician to ensure the availability and maintenance of servers, workstations, and airport systems. The role requires a diploma in IT or equivalent, with experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Servers, CUTE Workstations, Internet Kiosks, EVIDS screens System are always available and usable
- Provide support and maintenance services for Workstations, EVIDS screens, Internet Kiosks, Daktronics and Baggage Input Console
- Work on a 24x7 shift rotation according to approved roster
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for systems under care
- Assist in installation, configuration, and upgrade when required
- Provide required reporting to management upon request
Requirements
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- Certificate in IT/Computer Science with minimum 3 years experience in IT field support (if no diploma)
- Good communication, problem solving and team player skills

JOB Description
- Ensure systems under care are always available and achieve required SLA
- Follow instruction given by superior on day to day tasks
- Work on a 24x7 shift rotation
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
- Assist in installation, configuration, and upgrade
- Give required assistance to airline staffs and Engineer
- Have basic configuration and usage knowledge of system under care
- Ensure all activity carried out are as per SOP and policy
- Provide required reporting to management
- Adhere to all rules, regulations and policy set by company
