About the Role
باركونك is hiring an IT Technical Support specialist in Riyadh to deploy, configure, and support IT systems for smart parking solutions. Responsibilities include installing parking management software, supporting ANPR cameras and payment kiosks, and providing first-line technical support.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain parking management software, workstations, and server hardware
- Support integration of parking equipment such as ANPR/LPR cameras and payment kiosks with backend systems
- Configure and manage local area networks (LAN), IP addressing, switches, and routers on site
- Provide first line technical support to resolve IT related issues for smart parking systems
- Manage remote access, data backups, antivirus, and security updates
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and document solutions
- Work closely with project and ELV teams during system installation and commissioning
- Train users on basic system operations and escalate complex issues to vendors or higher level support
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, network protocols, and IP based devices
- Hands on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, remote desktop tools, and basic SQL
- English language proficiency
