- Design, install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches
- Configure and maintain Wi Fi networks, endpoint security, and secure remote access
- Configure and maintain latest servers and firmwares
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
- Provide technical support for users
- Respond to system outages and other critical issues
- Maintain and develop knowledge of system hardware and software
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and security
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English

Job Overview

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and security
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Pay
- AED 2,000 AED 4,000 per month
