About the Role
MOK International is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. The role involves supporting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and IT equipment, with at least 2 years of experience required.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Set up workstations, user accounts, email access, and company devices for new employees
- Maintain and track company IT assets including computers, laptops, and software licenses
- Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure systems are updated and secure
- Provide timely support to employees and resolve IT issues efficiently
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Technical Support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
