Role Overview
Support technical operations, IT systems, and technology-related projects as a Fresh Graduate IT Technical Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Support IT projects and technical implementations.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and update technical documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address technical requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
