Define solution architectures that support strategic business objectives, transformation priorities, and enterprise technology roadmaps.

Consider long-term business scenarios, regulatory and security requirements, mission-critical application obsolescence, and evolving technology offerings.
10+ years of experience in information technology, including architecture or senior technical leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, data integration, infrastructure, and security best practices.
Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and systems orchestration, including how these capabilities improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and digital experiences.
Experience with ITSM, enterprise workflow platforms, and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
ITIL 4 or ITIL v5 certification, or strong working knowledge of ITIL practices, is considered an asset.
Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business, technology, security, telecom, infrastructure, audit, and engineering audiences.
Organized, proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving technology environment.
Team player and technical mentor with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups and quickly understand business and technology domains.
Bilingual in French and English is required to interact regularly with English-speaking clients and colleagues across Canada.
Must be eligible to work in Canada; Canadian work experience is not required.
