Role Overview
The IT Systems Support Intern will support day-to-day IT systems and end-user operations.
The role includes infrastructure support, user administration, asset tracking, project assistance, cybersecurity hygiene, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with network, Wi-Fi, IP phone, and basic infrastructure issues.
- Help with employee IT onboarding, including email, access, and devices.
- Support Google Workspace user administration.
- Coordinate with telecom providers, ISPs, and IT vendors.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, renewals, and billing trackers.
- Assist with IT, automation, and AI-enabled projects.
- Support basic cybersecurity hygiene and access controls.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and follow-up trackers.
