Responsibilities
- Own Okta environment and consolidate SSO, including migrations and provisioning automation
- Implement and improve 3 tier access entitlement model
- Build HRIS triggered provisioning and offboarding automation
- Support access review programs and SOC 2 compliance efforts
- Contribute to Zero Trust and endpoint security initiatives
- Drive SaaS hygiene and shadow IT discovery
- Build integrations and automation to eliminate manual IT work
- Own access request process end to end and maintain runbooks
- Provide IT support for 70+ person team
- Own device lifecycle and new hire onboarding
Requirements
- Experience owning IT execution across identity, access, device, and SaaS
- Experience with Okta environment and SSO migrations
- Knowledge of access review programs and SOC 2 compliance
- Experience with Zero Trust and endpoint security initiatives
- Ability to build integrations and automation for IT workflows
- Experience with IT support for a team of 70+ people

Role Overview
- Own the corporate technology layer end to end: identity and access management, SaaS tooling, device security, and employee facing systems.
- High ownership role at the intersection of IT engineering and corporate security.
- Contribute to security programs like SOC 2 and Zero Trust while serving as first line of support.
What You'll Work On
- Own our Okta environment and consolidate SSO: migrations, managing provisioning, lifecycle automation, and federation.
- Implement and improve our 3 tier access entitlement model.
- Build and operationalize HRIS triggered provisioning and offboarding automation.
- Support access review programs and contribute to SOC 2 compliance efforts.
- Contribute to Zero Trust and endpoint security initiatives: device trust, EDR integration, MDM, and least privilege access.
- Drive SaaS hygiene across our tooling estate: shadow IT discovery, configuration hardening, and data classification.
- Build integrations and automation that eliminate manual IT work.
- Own the access request process end to end, and maintain runbooks, documentation, and self service resources.
- Partner on IT support for a 70+ person team triaging and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Own device lifecycle and support new hire onboarding end to end.
