Manage help desk requests from initial intake through resolution, providing timely and effective support
Evaluate and resolve technical issues independently while coordinating with the MSP for lower‑priority tasks or specialized support
Support Microsoft 365 administration including: User provisioning and license assignments Exchange Online configuration and troubleshooting SharePoint and OneDrive access governance, permissions, and site structure Microsoft Teams configuration, policies, and basic call flow management Microsoft 365 security settings including MFA, conditional access, and device compliance

Troubleshoot and assist with networking components such as switches, wireless systems, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and routing basics
Provision, configure, and monitor virtual machines and assist with environment improvements when needed
Utilize Microsoft Copilot tools to streamline tasks, enhance documentation, support troubleshooting workflows, and improve service desk efficiency
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for systems, procedures, and support workflows
Collaborate with internal teams and MSP partners to ensure clear communication, expectations, and follow-through
Assist with IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, deployments, and broader infrastructure enhancements
Monitor endpoints, system updates, compliance states, and overall IT health
Identify recurring issues and make recommendations to improve user experience and system stability
2–3 years of hands-on IT support or IT service desk experience
Ability to independently manage a full support workload with minimal guidance
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration
