As anIT systems analyst lead - deliverywithin the Enterprise Resource Organization (ERO), you’ll partner with IT and business teams to design, build, and deliver technology solutions that support Progressive’s business objectives. In this role, you’ll lead requirements efforts for complex enterprise projects, working across technical and business stakeholder groups to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and drive successful project outcomes. Additionally, you'll provide technical leadership and serve as a resource for other analysts, helping guide project direction and promote consistent requirements and delivery practices within an Agile/Scrum environment. This is a remote position.
