Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer with strong Azure and Microsoft 365 experience to support, secure, and improve our cloud and end-user technology environment. This role manages day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration, selected Azure services, escalated troubleshooting, and technical improvement initiatives in partnership with the IT Manager. The ideal candidate is technically strong, service-oriented, security-minded, and comfortable translating business needs into stable, supportable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Helpdesk support
- Production Support (Experience supporting IT systems within an automotive manufacturing or production floor environment.)
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on IT engineering, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure experience.
- 2+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Azure in a production environment.
- Strong experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune.
- Working knowledge of networking, storage, virtual machines, monitoring, and backup.
