Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Standard business hours with occasional on-call support as needed
- Flexible arrangements depending on operational requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and endpoint protection
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support IT needs and projects
Skills
- Windows Server and/or Linux system administration
- Network management (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Active Directory and identity management
- Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
- Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Cybersecurity best practices and tools
- Backup and disaster recovery planning
- Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash)
- IT troubleshooting and problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in system administration or IT support (flexible for strong candidates)
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
