Role overview
Own the technology environment that supports day-to-day operations, including identity, Microsoft 365, endpoints, networks, and workplace technology.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of IT management, process improvement, and secure, reliable technology foundations.
Work arrangement
- The role is office based in Dubai.
Salary
- Salary is up to 22k AED per month.
Core responsibilities
- Own identity and access management, email and collaboration platforms, endpoint management, office networking, and joiner-mover-leaver processes.
- Apply correct account permissions, MFA, access controls, and access reviews.
- Keep devices secure and up to date and support workplace technology.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to provide and remove access at the appropriate times.
- Build documented processes and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
