• Shall maintain the Data Management System and provide updates

required to sustain flight operations by monitoring system performance and availability, identifying and resolving degradation trends, and diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting application, data, and user-access issues. The contractor shall apply patches, version upgrades, and configuration changes in accordance with Government direction and applicable cybersecurity requirements; update automation, scripts, and data ingest/processing workflows as needed to support mission changes; coordinate and execute change implementation activities (e.g., release planning, impact assessment, and rollback planning); validate that updates do not break existing functionality; and maintain system documentation, including configuration baselines, release notes, and user-facing guidance. The contractor shall provide operational support during mission-critical periods
