Responsibilities
- Configure and administer network and server infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, group policies, and user policies
- Implement and manage backup solutions and disaster recovery
- Configure and troubleshoot IP Phone / VoIP systems
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall
- Manage firewall policies, VPN, NAT, web filtering, and security
- Manage UniFi networks, access points, switches, and controllers
- Provide network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure support
Requirements
- UAE Experience is Mandatory
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is Mandatory
- Proven experience as a System Administrator / Network Administrator
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT environments
- Experience in Network & Server Configuration and Administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
- Experience in User Management, Group Policies (GPO) & User Policies
- Knowledge of Backup Solutions, Backup Management & Disaster Recovery
- Experience in IP Phone / VoIP Systems Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Hands on experience in FortiGate Firewall Configuration, Management & Troubleshooting
