IT Support Technician

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our in-office team.

Please note this is not a remote or hybrid role.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the IT field, possess the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and work collaboratively in a team environment .

This role will be responsible for working directly with internal and external team members to diagnose and resolve all IT service requests.

• Act as a first point of contact for all end users on IT-related requests
• Coordinate, schedule, and complete whenever possible all IT support tickets to expedite troubleshooting and resolutions
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed on service ticket progress
• Resolve incoming Level 1 & 2 service requests and see them through to completion, escalate to team members as necessary
• Perform on-site hardware repairs & new software installations as necessary
• Responsible for executing all IT-related onboarding and offboarding of team members (hardware and software)
• Inventory and tech-stack management
• Take ownership and be a self-starter with assigned tasks as part of a team to meet and improve business technology needs

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level 1 support technician
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and task management skills
• Prior working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, networking, video conferencing, web-based and cloud applications is preferred
• Proven experience testing and recommending software solutions
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and possess the ability to troubleshoot IT issues quickly and efficiently
• Must demonstrate a customer-centric approach at all times
• Knowledge of current IT trends and solutions
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
