As we continue our growth trajectory, we are looking for a driven, customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our Technology team.
Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00
Position Type: Current Vacancy
You will be the first point of contact for IT issues across the company. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and you will own the IT side of employee onboarding and offboarding, making sure every new hire has a seamless first day and every departure is handled securely. You will work independently, managing incoming requests through our ticketing system and escalating anything beyond your scope.

A minimum of 1 year of experience providing IT support and/or related schooling.
Confidence working with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
Ability to support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, VPN, and printers is an asset.
