Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage switches, routers, firewalls, and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain virtualization environments and backup solutions
- Implement and support cybersecurity best practices
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and user accounts
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Strong knowledge of Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
- Strong knowledge of Virtualization Technologies
- Strong knowledge of Desktop Management & Backup Solutions
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
