Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support requests from employees, addressing technology related issues promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing technical guidance and solutions to end users.
- Utilize ticket tracking and management tools to prioritize and organize support requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on computer hardware.
- Provide user training and guidance on technology tools and best practices.
- Assist in managing inventory of technology assets, including hardware and software licenses.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system workflow interruptions.
- Document support interactions and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in IT support or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Expert skill with Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Proficient with macOS, iOS, Android, Google OS
- Experience with Azure, Intune, Autopilot, BitLocker, SharePoint, MFA, VPN
- Expert skill with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and OneDrive
- Proficient with ITSM software for ticket management
- Experience with remote desktop support tools
- Availability to be on site in downtown Cleveland Mon Fri

- NRP Group is a full service multifamily developer, general contractor, and property manager seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as frontline resource for resolving technology related issues.
Essential Functions
- Respond to incoming support requests from employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Utilize ticket tracking tools to prioritize support requests.

Qualifications

Compensation
- Pay range of $55,000 $75,000/year depending on experience.
