Job Summary
Domolife LLC (Branch) is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and maintaining IT infrastructure to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees (onsite and remote)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, networks, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi systems
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
- Document support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary
- Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic cybersecurity practices
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
