IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, networks, and systems).
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and common business applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems.
• Perform system updates, patches, and regular maintenance tasks.
• Document technical procedures, incidents, and solutions.
• Assist in IT security practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting tools and remote support software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a plus.
