Position Overview
Technite4U LLC (Branch) in Lusail is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, resolve technical issues efficiently, and support end-users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory or equivalent)
- Respond to IT support requests via ticketing systems in a timely manner
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups
- Support Microsoft 365 / email systems and collaboration tools
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure basics)
- Basic scripting or automation skills
- Experience in corporate or multi-branch IT environments
