Job Title: IT Support Specialist – Chinese & English Speaker
Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual IT Specialist (Chinese & English Speaker) with a strong background in IT/Technology.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical support, system management, or software-related roles, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues
- Maintain and optimize IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with teams to meet technical requirements
- Communicate with clients and internal teams in Chinese & English
- Monitor system performance and ensure security
- Document issues and support system upgrades
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese & English (mandatory)
- Experience in IT/Technology roles (IT support, system admin, development, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Candidates from Myanmar, Vietnam, or other Chinese-speaking Asian backgrounds preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, or databases
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
