- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and support activities
- Assist in implementing new technologies and IT projects
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to maintain and support our organization's IT infrastructure.
- The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage network resources, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
