Job Summary
Provide advanced technical support for IT systems, applications, end-user services, and technology environments.
Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve escalated incidents, support deployments, and help ensure smooth IT service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications.
- Resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
- Monitor and maintain assigned IT services and environments.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
- Support application, desktop, infrastructure, and end-user services.
- Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, security, and vendor teams.
- Support service improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Resolve issues in line with service level agreements.
