Role Overview
The role is within the Information Technology function and reports to the IT Manager.
The job location is Riyadh – Overhead.
The position is intended for a fresh graduate with 0–1 year of experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide first-line support for basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist with installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Support onboarding by preparing devices, accounts, and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, email, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and track IT service desk tickets and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support meeting rooms and video conferencing setups.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
- Follow IT policies, cybersecurity guidelines, and best practices.
Required Skills and Competencies
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are eligible.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
