Provide responsive IT support to business units and users across the company.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
- Provide support to business units for services governed by Service Level Agreements.
- Format and prepare laptops and desktop computers.
- Repair printers, scanners, and photocopiers before allocating equipment to a third party.
- Install and configure software for current and new users.
- Communicate with users about network, laptop, desktop, and computer accessory issues.
- Provide first-line network, telecom, and infrastructure support, including cabling, network points, and testing.
- Handle IT-related projects assigned by the support manager and support company sites.
- Update the knowledge base after resolving a case or problem.
- Assist IT representatives and customers across all business units.
- Take immediate action on technical problems and maintain smooth operations.
- Provide flexible and responsive technical support physically and remotely across the company.
- Deliver and set up IT equipment for users in all business units.
Requirements
- Ability to provide first-line IT, network, telecom, and infrastructure support.
- Ability to prepare, configure, troubleshoot, and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, photocopiers, and software.
- Ability to support business units in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Ability to respond promptly to technical problems and maintain smooth operations.
- Ability to provide both physical and remote technical support across company locations.
