Versatile Group is looking for a motivated IT Support Officer to provide first-level IT support across UAE and Australian operations. You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and hardware issues, manage user lifecycles, and maintain IT documentation.

Responsibilities
- Provide first level IT support across Microsoft 365 and a range of business critical SaaS applications
- Log, prioritise and manage incidents and service requests using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop, hardware, software and user access issues
- Manage the user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, permissions and device deployment
- Support the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune
- Maintain clear communication with employees and stakeholders regarding support requests and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, user guides and operational support procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes, documentation and the overall user experience
- Collaborate with the wider IT team to deliver consistent, high quality support across multiple business locations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and end user devices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- A proactive mindset with excellent organisational and time management skills
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for onsite support

The Opportunity
- We're looking for a motivated and customer focused IT Support Officer to join our growing IT team based in Dubai.
- Reporting to the IT Systems Lead, you'll provide first level IT support across our UAE operations, including Dubai and Saudi Arabia, while also supporting our Australian offices.
- You'll play an important role in ensuring our people have reliable access to the technology, systems, and tools they need to perform at their best.
- This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional with at least 2 years' experience who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with modern Microsoft technologies, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Working Hours
- Full time, office based role.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.
- Participation in an on call support roster for Saudi Arabia on weekends.
