Responsibilities

- Document incidents, maintain accurate records of interventions, and contribute to user guides or FAQs
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve support processes and deliver timely, clear communication to users
Requirements
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to handle user incidents and resolve common hardware and software problems
- Solid Information Technology knowledge to understand systems, networks, operating systems, and basic security practices
- Hands on experience with Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, updates, and performance optimization
- Printer Support skills, covering setup, connectivity, driver installation, and resolution of printing errors
- Clear communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with diverse users in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple support requests
- Prior experience in an educational or academic setting and a relevant technical degree or certification
