We are looking for a motivated IT Support Officer to provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.

Responsibilities
- Provide first line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions
- Assist with Microsoft 365, email, and remote support services
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and software installations
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi Fi, and VPN
- Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support is preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL, or Cisco are an advantage
