Overview
Cipla Pharmaceutical is looking for an IT Support Officer to provide reliable technical assistance, troubleshoot IT problems, and support smooth day-to-day technology operations. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues, as well as managing IT support
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees and users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and access issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and peripherals
- Manage IT support tickets and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access requests
- Support Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and common business applications
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and system issues
- Monitor IT equipment and escalate complex incidents when required
- Maintain accurate IT asset and equipment records
- Assist with cybersecurity, patching, backups, and IT procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Windows, hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common business applications
