Job Summary
Support and maintain company IT infrastructure, end-user systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networks, cybersecurity, and IT assets.
Handle day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, monitoring, user support, security, vendors, and IT projects.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure responsibilities.
- The role requires onsite L1 and applicable L2 end-user support.
IT Support and End-User Services
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, application, email, printing, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and replace end-user devices and peripherals.
- Support meeting rooms, conference rooms, company events, incidents, and service requests.
Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services, corporate email, accounts, mailboxes, permissions, and access.
- Provide administration and technical support for Microsoft Azure and troubleshoot related issues.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, account management, and access requirements.
