Responsibilities
- Provide first level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity issues
- Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi Fi networks, and internet connectivity
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and antivirus management
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software support
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards
- Assist in implementing new IT systems and technology solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and computer hardware
- Experience with printers, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi Fi troubleshooting
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
