- Resolve network, internet, and system related issues
- Maintain IT assets and equipment inventory
- Perform system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and technical support
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards
- Assist employees with day to day IT related queries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network administration
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support Executive to join our team.
