Job Summary

  • The IT Support Executive is responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, administering the CRM system, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment across all branches.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, internet, email, and Microsoft 365 issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, user accounts, and access permissions.
  • Administer and maintain the company's CRM built on the PHP Laravel framework with a MySQL database, ensuring smooth performance, user management, workflows, reports, dashboards, and system optimization.
  • Manage and maintain the company's Linux based HostGator server, including server monitoring, deployment, backups, security, database management, performance optimization, and uptime.
  • Ensure regular data backups, database integrity, server security, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT security policies.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate procurement, repairs, preventive maintenance, and warranty management of IT equipment.
  • Train employees on IT systems, CRM usage, cybersecurity awareness, and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain IT documentation, user manuals, system configurations, SOPs, and periodic IT support reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 2 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365 will be an advantage.
