Position Overview
Thomsun Group is seeking a reliable, hands-on IT Support Executive to manage daily IT support and smooth technology operations across the office.
The role supports hardware, software, email, user accounts, connectivity, and IT asset allocation during employee onboarding and offboarding.
Workplace
- The role is based at LPS Brands, Costra Business Park, Dubai Production City, Dubai.
- Work is primarily office-based with one work-from-home day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and other office IT equipment.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access, devices, permissions, and asset recovery.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Manage company email accounts, domains, and related services through GoDaddy and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain user accounts, passwords, permissions, and system access.
- Maintain records of IT assets, software, licenses, and assigned equipment.
- Coordinate IT purchases, repairs, replacements, and external vendor support.
- Assist with office networks, Wi-Fi, printers, meeting-room equipment, and other workplace technology.
